As a turnkey project consultant, our role would involve designing, planning, sourcing, installation overseeing and managing all aspects of a project from start to completion, essentially handing over to the client once the project is complete and operational.
Project Planning: We will work closely with clients to understand their requirements, goals, and budget constraints. Based on this information, we’ll develop a comprehensive project plan outlining the scope, schedule, resources, and completion.
Procurement Management: We will be responsible for sourcing and procuring all necessary materials, equipment, and services for the project. This may involve negotiating contracts, obtaining permits, and managing vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery and quality standards are met.
Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies is crucial to the success of any project. As a consultant, we will assess risks related to budget overruns, delays, regulatory compliance, and other factors, and take proactive measures to minimize their impact.
